I'm Karen and I've been immersed in the world of laundry from an early age. Growing up, I was constantly tinkering with washing machines, thanks to my wonderful parents' involvement in the industry. As I matured, I knew that entrepreneurship was my calling, but my journey took some unique twists.

Finally, that dream became a reality when I proudly acquired Top Dog Laundromat (name inspired by that cute little Chihuahua you see as our logo- Koi) right here in the heart of Hartford, Connecticut.

I'm not just an entrepreneur; I'm a proud female minority, hailing from Ecuador. For nearly a year now, I've been at the helm of Top Dog Laundromat, serving our wonderful community in Hartford. If you ever drop by, don't hesitate to ask for me, Karen - I'd love to meet you in person.
